The 2023 MARPA Conference will be held November 7-9, 2023 at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, Florida USA.

MARPA has negotiated a special rate of $159 per night for our event and rooms are available to book on a "first come, first served" basis at the MARPA rate until October 15, 2023.

The MARPA negotiated rate at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista is $159 per night for standard rooms, per room. MARPA block rate is based on single or double occupancy for standard and accessible rooms. Special-category rooms such as enhanced view, Walt Disney World proximity, suites, additional guests (over the age of 18), and other add-ons can incur additional fees.  Vehicle self-parking is reduced to a discounted rate of $15 per night, and the nightly resort fee to cover amenities has been reduced to $15 per night for delegates booked within the MARPA block. Any reservations made through third-party or online travel aggregators, vendors, or websites, independent travel agents, credit card travel assistance, or other methods are not be included as a part of the MARPA block. Rooms booked any way other than using the direct-booking link or event booking telephone number provided by MARPA prior to the block close will not be able to access resort amenities or benefits available to MARPA delegates. Attendees who have booked using an alternative method cannot obtain the specially-negotiated MARPA rate, and are not eligible for any amenities or negotiated features exclusive to MARPA Conference attendees. Contact MARPA prior to booking, with any questions. Once your booking is completed with a third party, it is not possible for MARPA nor the host hotel to add to or correct your reservation. Please verify that your room is within the MARPA block prior to your booking, and confirm prior to arrival.

WARNING:MARPA does not use a "housing service" nor a hotel broker for this event, and any persons who may contact you attempting to book rooms are *not affiliated* with MARPA or Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. Some attendees have been contacted by telephone and asked for their credit card information under the fraudulent guise of booking event rooms. MARPA is NOT working with any outside companies to encourage attendees, speakers, and exhibitors to book their own rooms directly with Wyndham Lake Buena Vistanor any other Orlando area properties. MARPA is monitoring Covid-19 pandemic guidelines as listed by the CDC, state and local governments, and our host property, and all attendees are asked to comply with any requirements determined by those mentioned.
