2025 MARPA Annual Conference MARPA Member 1:1 Meetings
MARPA Member to Member Carrier 1:1 Meetings take place on November 12th during the 2025 MARPA Conference in Dallas, Texas. Sign-up will be open until the deadline on October 24, 2025.
MARPA members are eligible to participate in this exciting roundtable-style session between air carriers and manufacturers/suppliers. The session gives participants the chance to keep their customers or suppliers in mind from the very start, and eliminates the worry of not being able to network with someone they came to the conference to see. All MARPA members registered for the Conference are eligible to participate, but must have signed up prior to the deadline on October 24, 2025.

WHY SHOULD MARPA MEMBER AIR CARRIERS SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE IN ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS?
PMA parts provide safety and reliability, cutting down lead times with competitive pricing. Meet new suppliers and make deals with existing partners to save your organization time and money! Demonstrate to your management that you have meetings on the books for the event, and network with parts manufacturers that offer new opportunities. Team members from different departments can split their tables to meet with more manufacturers, and focus on each department's specific needs. This is also a great way to introduce a new employee to your suppliers! Sometimes events can leave you feeling "peopled out", but this session lets you network with "breathing room" built in between each meeting. Make notes and collect your thoughts to share with your peers during the Air Carrier Committee meeting.
WHY SHOULD MARPA MEMBER MANUFACTURERS SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE ONE-ON-ONES?
Meet with current customers and those you wish were your customers. Come prepared with a schedule of meetings and ready to answer questions about what you offer. Demonstrate the value of attending the Conference as a MARPA Member to your management. Even one sale could cover your travel costs to the event and then some! Air carriers are discussing their meetings so every meeting is an opportunity, even if you're unsure if your meeting partner will become your customer.
GUIDELINES:
• Air Carrier participants will remain at tables positioned alphabetically by company as suppliers rotate as scheduled, in a roundtable manner.
• All participants must be registered to attend the Conference, and signed up for the session prior to the deadline
• No more than two representatives per air carrier or per supplier, per meeting
• Carriers may have multiple tables for the same operator
• Meeting timeslots will be provided to all participants via email prior to the event
• Only one supplier sign-up per dues-paying MARPA Member company in good standing needs to sign up for their company; any additional submissions from participating supplier companies will be removed
• Submissions from non-members will be held for 48hrs (not to pass the date of Oct 24, 2025), during which their POC must bring their membership into good standing; failure to do so will result in a disqualified submission
• Subsidiary companies under corporate membership, that do not pay individual membership dues, are not considered as individual entities for this purpose
• Each meeting will be equally timed in length, with a brief buffer between meetings; meeting times are determined by number of sign-ups
• At the end of each timeslot, a chime will indicate the end of the meeting
• Supplier participants are asked to vacate the meeting table when their meeting concludes
• A break sponsored by Mitchell PMA will be provided for all participants during the session
• Intentional loitering in the meeting room will not be tolerated during the session
• Once meetings have been scheduled and sent to participants, MARPA will not alter meeting schedules for either supplier or carrier participants
• MARPA is unable to reschedule meetings for participants who signed up to participate but unable to attend the session as scheduled

MARPA Member to Member Carrier 1:1 Meetings are a benefit for MARPA members only. All categories and types of membership are eligible to participate. Please note that all qualified air carriers registering to attend the Conference are members in good standing, and have been provided with complimentary MARPA membership. All other members should contact MARPA with any questions about their company's membership standing.
