This practical workshop will show how today's AI tools can already help with everyday work: reviewing documents and logs, extracting information and preparing reports, processing large amounts of unstructured data, accelerating document production, or extract signal from the noise in data heavy environements. We'll then look at the bigger opportunity: cutting the coordination tax across engineering, operations, and more generally office floors. Attendees will leave with concrete ideas they can apply the next week, along with a simple framework to identify where AI can free capacity, reduce delays, and help their organization handle more without simply adding headcount. |
